Kilb Norgaard

Kilb has been charting a full time real estate career since 1990 in the Twin Cities West Metro area. He holds special talents and expertise in the marketing of real estate. He enjoys the art of presenting the market analysis to clients and negotiating winning solutions for them.

In addition to that, Kilb is the the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions from RE/MAX: Platinum and Chairman Clubs, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement. He holds designations with GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), e-Pro, and prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Currently working for Bridge Realty.

Kilb was born and raised in the Twin Cities and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. Prior to his real estate career, Kilb was in direct business to business sales. He is married to Rebecca. He has a step son and two grandchildren. His greatest avocation is playing jazz guitar, followed by golf, cooking and hiking with his boxer, Bentley.

Rebecca Norgaard

Rebecca joined Kilb in 1997 after spending nearly 20 years in commercial insurance and finance. This background is perfect in attending to the many details of the office operations and processing of the transaction — from listing through closing. She enjoys taking care of the clients and navigating the many unexpected hurdles and surprises that can come up along the way. Her goal is to have everyone happy at closing!

Her positions in corporate sales, risk management, and property & casualty underwriting brings a level of professionalism and attention to detail that has proved critical in providing the highest level of service to the clients.

She has received many awards and recognitions throughout her professional career for sales production and service. She holds the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, and is in the process of earning the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation for the 50+ real estate market.

Rebecca was born and raised in rural Cannon Falls, MN. She has lived her adult life in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. She is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She has been married to Kilb since 1990 and has one son and two adorable grandchildren. To balance work and play, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and at her cabin on the North Shore of Lake Superior, hiking with her boxer, Bentley, and followed by a game of golf.
